1. Who this policy covers
This policy covers yygame.in.net — the website you are reading now. It is operated as an independent affiliate publication: we catalogue the YY Game library, publish install guidance and refer visitors to a verified partner gaming platform.
It does not cover the partner platform, the YY Game app, or any other site you reach from a link here. The moment you tap a Download Now or Play Now button you leave this website, and the destination's own privacy policy and terms apply. Anything you type into the app — your name, phone number, payment details, identity documents — is collected by that platform, not by us. We never see it and never receive it.
Short version: this is a content website. It has no login, no user accounts and no payment processing, so there is very little for us to collect in the first place.
2. What we collect
Information you give us directly
The only place on this site where you can submit information is the contact form. That form does not send data to a server of ours — it opens your own email application with the message pre-filled, and you decide whether to press send. If you do send it, we receive whatever you wrote: typically your name, your email address, the topic you selected and your message. We use it to reply and nothing else.
The same applies if you message us on Telegram. We see your Telegram display name and whatever you choose to tell us. Telegram's own privacy policy governs the platform itself.
Information collected automatically
Like essentially every website, our hosting and analytics layer records standard technical information when a page is served: an IP address (used to derive an approximate region, then discarded or truncated by the analytics provider), the browser and operating system you are using, your screen size, the page you requested, the page that referred you, and the time of the request.
None of this identifies you personally to us. We do not attempt to link it to a name, a phone number, an account, or an identity. We use it in aggregate to understand which guides people actually read and whether anything is broken on a particular device class.
What we do not collect
- No account registration, because this site has no accounts.
- No payment or financial information of any kind, ever.
- No identity documents, KYC data or government identifiers.
- No contacts, SMS, call logs or device file access — this is a website, not an app.
- No precise location data.
- No biometric data.
3. Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of first-party storage entries, and we keep the list deliberately short.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
yygame:consent |
Local storage | Remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice so it does not reappear on every page. | Until you clear site data |
| Analytics identifier | Cookie or local storage | Distinguishes one visit from another so page counts are not wildly inflated. Not linked to any identity. | Set by the provider, typically up to 24 months |
| Affiliate attribution | Set on the destination, not here | Records that a visitor arrived from yygame.in.net. Applied by the partner platform after you leave this site. | Set by the partner platform |
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social media trackers, session recording, heatmapping or cross-site fingerprinting. There is no ad network on this site.
You can block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings at any time. Blocking them will not prevent you using this site — at most, the cookie notice will reappear on each visit.
4. Analytics
We use privacy-respecting web analytics to understand aggregate traffic: which pages are read, which devices people use, and where visitors arrive from. Reports we look at are counts and percentages, never individual browsing histories.
Where the analytics provider processes an IP address, it is used to derive an approximate region and is then truncated or discarded according to that provider's policy. We do not combine analytics data with anything else, and we do not sell, license or share it.
If you prefer not to be counted at all, browser-level tracking protection, a content blocker, or your browser's "Do Not Track" setting will generally prevent the analytics script from loading. We do not attempt to work around any of those.
5. Affiliate tracking
yygame.in.net is an affiliate website. When you follow a download or play link from here to the partner platform, that platform records that the referral came from us, and we may earn a commission if you subsequently register and play.
Two things are worth being precise about. First, this costs you nothing — bonus terms, deposit values and withdrawal limits are identical whether you arrive through us or find the platform some other way. Second, the tracking is applied on the destination, after you leave this site. We do not track you across the internet, and we receive aggregate commission reporting rather than a list of who signed up.
Every outbound commercial link on this site is marked with rel="sponsored"
in the page markup, and the affiliate relationship is disclosed in the footer of every
page.
6. Third-party links and services
This site links to the partner gaming platform and to two Telegram channels. Once you follow any of those links you are on a service we do not control, governed by its own privacy policy and terms. We would encourage you to read them — particularly the partner platform's, since that is where your account and financial data will live.
On our own pages, the third-party components are deliberately minimal: fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from a font CDN, images are served from our own domain, and there are no embedded social widgets, comment systems, chat bubbles or advertising scripts.
7. How we use information
- To reply to you. If you email or message us, we use your contact details to answer and for any necessary follow-up.
- To improve the site. Aggregate analytics tell us which guides are useful and which pages people leave immediately.
- To keep the site working. Server logs help diagnose errors, broken pages and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations. Where a law or a valid legal request requires us to retain or produce information, we comply.
We do not use your information to build a profile, to serve you advertising, or to make any automated decision that affects you.
8. What we never do
- We never sell your personal information. There is no circumstance in which we would.
- We never rent or trade contact details to marketing lists.
- We never send unsolicited marketing email. We have no mailing list.
- We never ask for a password, an OTP, a UPI PIN or card details — and nobody legitimately representing YY Game will either.
- We never publish or share the content of a support message without your agreement.
The limited exceptions to sharing are the ordinary ones: service providers who host the site or process analytics on our behalf, under contract and only for that purpose; and disclosure where we are legally required to do so.
9. How long we keep data
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Email or Telegram correspondence | As long as needed to resolve your enquiry, then deleted on a routine cycle |
| Aggregate analytics | Retained in aggregate; individual event data expires per the provider's policy |
| Server access logs | A short rolling window for security and diagnostics |
| Consent preference | Stored in your own browser until you clear site data |
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. It is static HTML with no database, no user accounts and no payment processing, which removes most of the attack surface a typical site carries — there is simply very little stored here to compromise.
Correspondence you send us is held in ordinary business email and messaging accounts protected by strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise; what we can say is that we do not hold financial or identity data about you in the first place.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because this site collects so little, in practice a request usually means: "delete the emails I sent you", which we are happy to do.
- Access: ask what correspondence we hold from you.
- Correction: ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your correspondence.
- Objection: ask us to stop processing, where processing is not legally required.
- Analytics opt-out: use browser tracking protection or a content blocker.
- Cookies: clear or block them in your browser at any time.
To make a request, use the contact form or our Telegram support channel. For data held by the partner platform — your account, your transactions, your identity documents — you must contact that platform directly, because we have no access to it.
12. Children and age
This website and the app it promotes are strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, we do not direct any content at minors, and we do not use imagery or language designed to appeal to children.
If you believe a minor has contacted us or is using the app, tell us immediately through the contact page and we will delete any correspondence and escalate to the platform. Parents and guardians who share a device should consider device-level content filtering and parental controls.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes or as legal requirements evolve. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in our community channel. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
14. Contacting us
Questions about this policy, or a request about your information, should go to the contact page or our Telegram support channel. We aim to respond to privacy requests promptly and will tell you plainly if something falls outside what we hold.
This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Data protection requirements vary by jurisdiction. If you need advice about your own obligations or rights, consult a qualified professional.
